More Nurgle Bretonnian Knights

That new Rotswords kit gave me the opportunity to make some updated knights for my Nurgle Bretonnian army. You can see my earlier attempt at Bretonnian knights infected by Nurgle’s rot in one of the very first posts I made on this blog.

While these dudes do look cool and knightly, and have bright heraldry, they don’t feel very Bretonnian. The armor style just differs too much from that 13th century look. So I made these guys:

The armor is still inspired by the wrong century. Too many heavy plates. But the heater shields and the greathelms help to make them feel more correct. I like to think that maybe the heavy plates that are sort of grounded in reality is a great mix between the historical looking bretonnians, and the fantastical warriors of chaos.

The helmets largely come from SaintDecent although I did kitbash some unique crests with GW bits. And the heater shields were made by me. You can get the STLs for them on my patreon completely free of charge. I’m pretty sure you don’t even need to make an account.
